Greetings on Labor Day!

Dear Friends and Family,
Today is the last day of Burning Man. (sad face) Those who are not staying specifically to help with the enormous clean up effort must pack their bags and dusty bodies into their vehicles and return to the default world. Some people started leaving on Saturday, though I can't imagine why, and others left yesterday with the help of our well-organized Exodus system. The city seems almost like a ghost town compared to the population of the past few days, but there is still a ton of work to do before many can leave.

The Café officially closes at 3 pm. Tonight we will host some DPW bands acoustically on our music stage, turn our sound mixing booth into a cocktail mixing booth, and enjoy one last evening of low key celebration before the huge take down effort begins tomorrow morning.
